1 ½ c. powder sugar

1 c. soft margarine

1 egg

1 tsp. vanilla

½ tsp. almond extract

2 ½ c. flour

1 tsp. soda

1 tsp. cream of tartar

 

Mix all together except the flour. Stir the flour in gradually. Refrigerate 2 hours. Bake at 375 for 7-8 minutes. Makes 1 dozen cookies
