Zucchini Bread – Stephanie McGuire

1 ½ c. of flour

1 tsp. of cinnamon

½ tsp. baking soda

¼ tsp. salt

¼ tsp. baking powder

¼ tsp. nutmeg

1 c. sugar

1 c. shredded zucchini

¼ c. oil

1 egg

¼ tsp. lemon juice

 

Mix dry ingredients. Then in a separate bowl mix wet ingredients. Then mix the wet and dry ingredients together. Pour in a greased bread pan and bake at 350 for one hour. Makes one loaf.
