Chicken Salad Sandwiches – Coral Gibb
2 pounds chicken breasts
1 c. mayonnaise
½ c. onions (I use ¾ T. dried onions instead)
½ c. chopped celery
½ tsp. Lawry’s seasoning salt
¼ tsp. Lawry’s garlic salt
Croissant rolls
Boil chicken until fully cooked. Place chicken in food processor and gring smooth. Mix all ingredients in large bowl and stir until well mixed. If it is dry, add more mayonnaise. Add more seasoning if needed. Cut croissants in half and stuff with chicken salad.
