Grandma Abreu’s Cream Puffs – Roberta Richey

1 cup boiling water

1 cup  flour

½ cup butter or margarine

½ tsp. salt

4 eggs

 Bring to boil the water, salt, and margarine

Then add flour, stirring  constantly until it makes a thick paste

Take it off of the stove

Add one egg at a time and stir it up completely.

Drop in 1 tsp size onto a greased cookie sheet and bake at 350° for 24 minutes.

Fill with Chocolate pudding and drizzle chocolate syrup on top

Fill with vanilla pudding and drizzle caramel syrup on top and you can top with powdered sugar too.

Fill with whip cream and strawberries.

Or you can make them in lunch sandwiches by filling them with chicken.
