Creamy Vegetable Soup – Renee Holding
1 c. diced carrots
1 c. diced celery
1 c. diced cauliflower
1 c. diced broccoli
2 c. diced potatoes
1 c. diced onion
Cover with water and gently boil until veggies are tender
Mix in blender or beat with a fork until smoothe – 2 c. milk with ½-1 c. flour
Pour into vegetable mixture and add ¼ c. butter. Season with salt and pepper (you can add 1-2 c. shredded cheese for a cheese flavored soup. (optional: I can turkey, beef or chicken)
