El Dorado Casserole – Renee Holding

1 ½ bag tortilla chips

1 lb. hamburger

1 c. tomato sauce

1 onion chopped

1 pt. cottage cheese

2/3 pt. sour cream

1 c. Jack cheese

1 c. cheddar cheese

1 can chopped olives

2 can green chilis

Crush chips and pour ½ in bottom of greased 9X13 inch pan. Brown hamburger, onion. Add tomato sauce and olives. Drain and spread on chips.

Mix together cottage cheese, sour cream and chilis with ½ jack cheese. Spread over meet mixture. Top with chips and remaining cheese. Bake at 350° approx. 35 minutes.
