Cornucopia Cones – Halloween


Take sugar  ice cream cones and one at a time, place them in a double boiler steamer to soften the cone.  When the cone starts to wilt just a little bit, it’s ready.  Take out of steamer and place on a wet paper towel.  From underneath the paper towel, push the end of the cone up to create a cornupia while pressing the sides of the cone to stay open at the mouth.   Let cool and fill with desired candy.  Can also cover the opening with clear cellophane and tie with a ribbon for a cute gift.
