BROCCOLI SOUP – Relief Society Bulletin ( cheap, easy & good)

6 C. water
2   tablespoons chicken bouillon
2   carrots peeled and grated
2   lg. broccoli stalks
1   onion diced
1   cube marg. or butter
2/3 C. flour
1 can evaporated milk
 
Mix water and bouillon. Bring to a boil.  Peel and dice broccoli stalks. Slice flowerettes. Add vegetables to boiling bouillon. Boil 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat. Melt marg. and stir in flour. Quickly stir marg/flour mixture into vegetables and bouillon. Simmer until thickened. Add 1 can evaporated milk. Heat and serve.
