Poppy Seed Chicken – Debbie McEwen

3-4 cups chicken, cooked and cut up

1 stick of butter, melted

1 8 oz carton sour cream

1 ½ cups crushed Ritz crackers

1 TBL poppy seed

1 can cream of chicken soup

 

Mix together poppy seed, sour cream and soup.

 

Layer in a casserole dish ½ cup of crushed crackers, half cut up chicken, then half of the soup mixture.  Repeat layers ending with the last ½ cup crushed crackers.  Pour butter all over the top.  Bake at 350 for 35-45 minutes.
