Blackberry Cream Pie – Debbie McEwen

1 cup sugar

3 TBL flour

1 cup sour cream

¼ tsp salt

 

Mix and set aside

 

4 cups blackberries or 1 – 16 oz pkg frozen berries

1 – 9 inches unbaked pastry shell, deep dish

¾ cup sugar

2 TBL flour

 

Mix berries with sugar and flour.  Place berries in pastry shell  Spread sour cream mixture on top.

 

Topping:

¼ cup bread crumbs

2 TBL sugar

1 TBL melted butter
