Fruit Cookie Pizza – Jill

Crust:

 

Mix:

2 eggs

1 cup butter

3/4 tsp salt

2 cups sugar

 

Mix in separate bowl:

1 cup sour cream

2 tsp baking soda

1 tsp vanilla

 

Mix the two bowls together, and then slowly add 6 c. flour

 

Filling:

 

8 oz. cream cheese

1/2 c sugar

 

 

Roll out crust onto a circular pizza pan.  Bake at 325 degrees for 15-20 minutes.  Mix filling and spread over baked crust.  Top with any fruit you like.  We use kiwis, blueberries, strawberries, bananas, etc.  The fun part of this is that you can be creative and the pizza looks like a piece of art when it is done.  My kids like to help make it and eat it!  It tastes delicious.
