Teriyaki Steak – Relief Society Bulletin

Cut 1 ½ lbs. round steak into 1” x 3” strips.  Marinate overnight.  Drain marinating sauce (set aside) and grill steak.  Heat the sauce to boiling and boil for 2 min.  Pour over grilled steak.  Serve with steamed rice.

 Marinating Sauce:

                                       ½ c. soy sauce (Kikkoman)                  2 tsp. ginger

                                       ¼ c. oil                                               2tsp. dry mustard

                                       2 T. molasses                                     6 cloves garlic

 Combine and marinate steak.
