Baked Chicken Breast Supreme – Relief Society Bulletin

1 ½ c. plain yogurt

¼ c. lemon juice

½ tsp. Worchestershire Sauce

½ tsp. celery seed

½ tsp. paprika

1 clove garlic minced

¼ tsp. pepper

8 boneless chicken breasts

2 c. fine dry bread crumbs

 

In a large bowl combine first 7 ingredients. Place chicken in a mixture and turn over a few times to coat. Cover and marinate overnight in the refrigerator. Remove chicken and coat in crumbs. Place in shallow pan and bake uncovered for 45 minutes.
