Pizza Spaghetti – Cindy Leishman
1 pound spaghetti noodles, cooked, drained, and cooled
Mix and combine spaghetti noodles, 4 oz. monterey jack or mozarella cheese (1 cup grated), 4 oz. cheddar cheese ( 1 c. grated), ½ c. milk, 2 eggs, ½ tsp. salt, ½ tsp. garlic powder. Place in a greased 9X13 pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
Topping for spaghetti mixture (to be added after the 15 minutes at 400 degrees).
1- 32 oz can or bottle spaghetti sauce
4 oz. white cheese, grated (1 cup)
4 oz. cheddar cheese, grated (1 cup)
pepperoni
Spread on top of spaghetti and bake 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
