BUTTERMILK PIE – Larae Whale

(top it with fresh strawberries, blueberries and whipped cream…yum!)  

1 cup Sugar                                       

 1/3 cup UNSALTED Butter (melted)

1 cup Buttermilk                               

 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract

½ cup Bisquick Baking Mix             

 3 large Eggs

Preheat oven to 350*.       Coat a 9” pie plate with cooking spray.

Combine all ingredients in blender and blend till smooth.  Pour into prepared pie plate.

Bake 30 to 40 min., till browned and a little jiggly (the pie will set as it cools).

Let cool for 10 min. before slicing into wedges.

**Sprinkle with POWDERED SUGAR or COCOA before serving….OR…top with FRESH BERRIES & WHIPPED  CREAM !!!
