Applesauce Cake – Relief Society Bulletin

1 ½ c. unsweetened applesauce

1 c. sugar

½ c. butter

1 c. raisins

1 . nuts

2 c. flour

2 scant tsp. soda dissolved in a little warm water

1 tsp. cinnamon

½ tsp. allspice

½ tsp. nutmeg

Bake in a slow oven (300 degrees) for about 1-1 1/2 hours.

1 barrel of Laughter
