CHICKEN OLIVETTI Claudia Borden

3 tbs.. olive oil                       2 tsp, salt                       2 cloves garlic,         

½ c. chopped onion                 1 tsp. basil                       pressed or minced

2 cans diced tomatoes           ¼ tsp pepper                     1 can olives,drained

1 small can tomato sauce        2 tbs. dried or fresh chopped parsley

1 small can tomato paste        4 chicken breast halves.

 

Cut up chicken breasts into large pieces and fry in olive oil. Saute the

Onion and garlic.  Add everything else and simmer 10-15 minutes.

Serve over spaghetti.  Serves 6 to 8.
