STRAWBERRY PIE – Larae Whale

 (easy and luscious…everyone’s favorite!)
1 cup Water                                                                       

1 Graham Cracker Crust (store-bought – extra 2 serving size)
1 cup Sugar                                                                          

3 lbs. fresh Strawberries (stems off, sliced in half)
1 ½ T. Cornstarch (generous)                                             

Whipped Cream OR Vanilla Ice Cream
1/4 cup (dry powder) Wild Strawberry Jello (generous)
  
Boil water, sugar, and cornstarch till thick and bubbly.  Add jello.
Arrange strawberries in pie crust.  Pour mixture over strawberries.
Refrigerate overnight or until set.  Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
