Swedish Pancakes – Jill (tastes a lot like crepes, a little thicker)

4 eggs

4 cups milk

4 tsp. oil

3 cups flour


1 tsp salt




Mix ingredients in blender.  Set griddle at 300 degrees.  Pour mixture like making pancakes and flip like a pancake.  Serve with Nutella spread, fresh fruit, our favorite, bananas, strawberries, blueberries, and fresh raspberries, roll like a burrito, and top with whipped cream!  This is Jill’s favorite!
