Breakfast Casserole – Jill

The night before:

Layer tater tots in greased pan.

Cook sausage links and cut them up.  Add to layer of tater tots.

Then layer with cheese.

 

Mix:

6 eggs

1/2 can milk

1 tsp. dry mustard  

Put as last layer on casserole, then cover and refrigerate overnight.

 

Day of:

 

Mix on stove:

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1/2 can milk

Pour over casserole

 

 

Heat @ 325 degrees for 40 minutes.  Uncover and bake for additional 30 minutes.  Let stand before serving.  Delicious!
